Handle fire alarm, site monitoring and other systems in FOC

Attend to facilities hotline after office hours

Record all critical readings required by equipment health checks report

Escalate all faults to property / project executive / property manager

Carry out on-site In house preventive maintenance

Response to faults after office hours.

Prepare interim and other reports

Responsible for keys transaction

Maintain and update critical drawings, SOP / equipment required for emergency response
