Position : Record to Report Assistant Manager ( up to Php 60,000)

Location : Cebu Business Park

Salary Offer : Php 40,000 - Php 60,000

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Work Set Up : Hybrid Setup

Job Requirements :

✨Bachelors Degree in Accounting or other Business related course.

✨With at least 3 years experience in end to end process of accounting, finance and Financial Services.

✨With at least 2 years Leadership experience.

✨Experience in Accounting System is an advantage.

✨Amendable to start as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities :

✨ Lead and mentor a team responsible for the Record to Report (R2R) process by allocating tasks, offering coaching, and cultivating a culture of high performance and accountability.

✨ Ensure the monthly financial close is completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

✨ Oversee the reconciliation of key accounts, including bank and fixed asset accounts, ensuring accuracy and promptly addressing any discrepancies.

✨ Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and FP&A to ensure smooth end-to-end financial processes.

✨ Provide proactive support for internal and external audits, as well as tax-related reviews and compliance activities.
