Produce, re-create, edit, format and lay out business presentations and documents according to consultant’s specifications using MS Office applications.
Ensure that all documents sent to the consultant’s meet the standards on quality as per the committed time.
Perform page-by-page quality check to ensure report is error free.
Strictly follow workflow processes as per the SOP.
Understand, use and contribute best practices for production.
Assist the team leaders in mentoring new recruits.
Ensure record keeping and follow proper document management.
Continue to develop speed, accuracy and production skills.
Maintain confidentiality of all organization and client information.
Have good co-ordination with team members/colleagues, supervisors, managers, and clients.
Achieve customer satisfaction.
Required Skills/Abilities:
With advanced proficiency in MS office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Experienced with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Must be amenable to work in Makati
Must be amenable to rotating and shifting schedule (AM, PM or Night Shift)
Education and Experience:
Must be a Bachelor's degree holder
With at least 1 year experience in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent
Experience as a desktop publishing operator or document specialist is an advantage
