Duties And Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing Legal Operations Team focused on collections through litigation (such as small claims case filing).
• Manage external agencies handling a portion of the legal collections process, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Provide insights and develop strategies to improve legal collections success rates while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Provide insights and make appropriate and fact-based decisions with available information when under pressure and / or adverse conditions to drive legal collections and process improvements.
• Oversee the legal collections process, including :
