The Operations Lead supports the Operations Collection Manager in leading a team of staff overseeing the day to day activities related to processing and verification of credit applications and the collecting for payment on overdue accounts in order to meet the company's goals. It is expected of the person to have the following :
1. Ability to lead the collection associates to meet the department goal.
2. Ability to do side by side training of the associates.
3. Can prepare collection report for use of the Immediate Heads
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise a team of three (3) staff members and monitor overall team performance.
- Conduct buyer call-outs for collections, covering a base of 200250 accounts.
- Manage communication through email, social media, Viber, and phone calls.
- Handle escalated calls and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Prepare regular reports on performance and collection metrics.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Candidate Profile :
At least 23 years of work experience in BPO, banking, or multinational companies.Must have a results-driven mindset with the ability to manage performance-based targets.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Open to expanded or reassigned roles if deemed a better fit within the organization.
