CSR- SALES AGENT- VOICE / NON VOICE

Job Description :

We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Clark. This role involves handling customer inquiries, promoting products and services, and meeting sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism.

Promote and sell company products or services to potential customers.

Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications :

At least 1 year of call center experience (CCE) with 6 months in sales.

High School Graduate (old curriculum) or ALS Graduate.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga on a shifting schedule.

Salary & Benefits : ₱20,800 base salary

₱20,000 Sign-on Bonus (SOB)

Performance Incentives – up to $500 / month
