Job Description :
We’re seeking a highly capable and resourceful Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to work directly with our leadership team. This is a pivotal role that requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can take initiative, manage priorities, and execute tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks strategically, and consistently delivers results with precision. You’ll handle a wide range of responsibilities, from operations to marketing coordination, helping drive growth and ensuring key projects are completed on time
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership Support & Project Management
Manage and support the CEO’s daily priorities and ongoing projects.
Oversee and coordinate tasks among team members to ensure smooth execution and accountability.
Track progress on key initiatives and ensure deadlines are met.
Marketing & Brand Management
Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence posting updates, engaging with the audience, and driving visibility.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns , including content coordination, scheduling, and performance tracking.
Build and maintain profiles on Capterra, G2 , and similar platforms to enhance brand reputation.
Partnership & Client Relations
Identify and reach out to potential partner companies for collaboration opportunities.
Coordinate with customers to gather, follow up, and publish testimonials and reviews.
Support client communications and ensure a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
Vendor & Task Management
Manage tasks and deliverables assigned to freelancers and contractors (e.g., Fiverr projects).
Ensure high-quality outputs and adherence to deadlines.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Operations Manager, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
Strong project management and organizational skills able to manage multiple priorities independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Tech-savvy and comfortable managing multiple tools and platforms (LinkedIn, email marketing tools, Google Workspace, etc.).
Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude someone who can take initiative and follow through with minimal direction.
