Multi-Skilled Handyman

The Handyman is the person who ensures that all the Restrooms fixtures, waterline, sewers, drains, etc.

are properly maintained.

The scope includes open and close valves of NAWASA and night reading of Total Dissolved Solids and Electrical Conductivity.

Checks, cleans and maintain company owned grease traps and exhausts.

Auger and de-clogging works of sewers and drainage pipelines.

Also includes on scope are streamers and tarps installations and removals.

Implementation of handy job orders.

Trouble shoot leaks and small repairs and bio augmentation.

• Job Qualifications
• Must be at least high school graduate (preferably TESDA registered - Carpentry / Joinery / Masonry)
• With at least 3 years of experience as Handyman / Multi-skilled worker
• With good understanding of construction process as well as health and safety issues
• Must have ample experience in the construction field like tiles, tinsmith, masonry, and plumbing
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, fast learner, positive, able to work at a high standard, and can handle work pressure
• Physically fit
• Must be willing to work in Marikina City
