Job descriptionOperating Electrical Switchgear & Power Distribution – Control and monitor switchgear, circuit breakers, transformers, and distribution panels. Ensure continuous and stable power supply to machineries.Electrical System Monitoring and Reporting – Identify and respond to electrical faults, short circuits, and voltage fluctuations that could impact production. Coordinate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve power-related issues.Ensuring Safety & Compliance – Follow all electrical safety standards, including procedures when servicing electrical equipment.Qualifications :EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement)Associate degree or vocational training in electrical engineering, power systems, or a related field (preferred)Skills & KnowledgeSolid working experience of at least 1 year, including operating turret, bender, and busbar machineries.Familiarity with operating circuit breakers, transformers, relays, control panels and understanding of electrical distribution systems, including medium- and high-voltage type.Ability to operate and maintain switchgear machinery.Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.Work Schedule is Shifting total of 12 hours Duty with OTLocation : Brgy.
