• Schedule :  20 hours per week; Flexible within Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm - CST

They’ve identified a significant market opportunity helping emerging businesses access professional back-office services they need but can’t yet afford to bring in-house. You’ll be part of an innovative service model that’s expanding rapidly into fractional CFO support, HR, and digital operations.

Job Description :

You’ll provide strategic financial guidance to multiple growing businesses, working directly with founders and business owners during their most critical growth phases. Beyond traditional accounting, you’ll serve as a trusted financial advisor and brand representative, helping startups make informed decisions while positioning for scale. You’ll also contribute to educational content that empowers the broader entrepreneurial community.

Requirements

Requirements 1-7+ years of accounting experience with formal accounting education and diploma / certificate Strong understanding of US accounting practices, regulations, and compliance requirements Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor for direct client interactions Experience creating educational or training content, with comfort appearing on video Proven ability to explain complex accounting concepts to non-financial audiences Bonus if you have CPA designation or equivalent professional certification It helps if you have experience working in white-label or consulting service models It helps if you’re familiar with startup accounting challenges, cash flow management, and growth-stage financial planning
