The Job

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through research, cold calls, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Build relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored software solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct product demos and trials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product) to stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM data.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge, competitors, and market trends.
  • The Profile

  • 1+ years of experience in inside sales, software sales, or related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and technology.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
