The Job
Prospect and qualify new leads through research, cold calls, email campaigns, and networking.Build relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored software solutions.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Conduct product demos and trials.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product) to stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM data.Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge, competitors, and market trends.The Profile
1+ years of experience in inside sales, software sales, or related field.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.Strong understanding of software solutions and technology.Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, etc.).Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Team player with excellent collaboration skills.The Employer
