Job description

As a Telco Account Premier Customer Service Representative, you will deliver top-tier customer service and technical support to premier clients in the telecommunications industry. You will address complex customer inquiries, troubleshoot service issues, assist with billing inquiries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of telecommunications products and services, and a proactive approach to resolving client issues.

Requirements :

  • At least 18 years old
  • At least a high school / senior high school graduate
  • Good English communication & interaction skills
  • Amenable to shifting schedules
  • BPO experience preferred

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Effectively communicate with customers and demonstrate proficiency.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our products for accurate customer assistance.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests with attention to detail.
  • Keep thorough records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues as needed.
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve customer service efficiency.
