Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (REE & RME required) Minimum 5 years engineering experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role Proficient in AutoCAD; strong knowledge in electrical systems & renewable energy (especially solar) Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making skills Experience managing costs and resources effectively Employment Type : Full-time, Permanent Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Starting Salary : ₱25,000 / month (with increase upon regularization)

- Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline goals
- Stay updated on engineering and renewable energy best practices
