What is your mission?
Develop a recruitment strategy to implement in order to achieve sustainable growth.
Lead, coach, and develop a recruitment team to meet the resourcing needs of the business.
Develop recruitment system capabilities to enhance the candidate journey, enabling talent banking and mapping.
Review, design, and implement recruitment policy, strategy, and processes to ensure that we provide an excellent service to both our internal clients and candidates.
Develop KPI's and metrics to aid improvements in recruitment activities.
Work closely with other department to aid the development and implementation of retention strategies and to enable effective brand profiling on social media and develop internal communication.
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
Preferable with 5 -7 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
Experienced in developing and delivering on recruitment attraction strategies within a skills shortage market.
Experienced in leading, coaching, and managing team members to deliver recruitment strategies.
Posseses highly effective influencing skills to enable development of market leading recruitment processes .
Passionate the candidate experience and delivering excellent service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market
