Job descriptionOversee all legal matters and provide strategic advice on regulatory compliance in the energy and natural resources sector. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to safeguard the company's interests. Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations relevant to the company's operations. Manage relationships with external legal advisors and stakeholders as required. Lead and mentor the legal team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Provide legal guidance on corporate governance, risk management, and policy development. Support the management team in decision-making by offering sound legal advice. Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes impacting the energy and natural resources industry. A degree in Law and admission to a recognized legal bar or equivalent qualification. Expertise in British and Thai Law. Proven expertise in corporate law, contracts, and regulatory compliance. Strong understanding of the energy and natural resources industry and relevant legal frameworks. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proactive problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Opportunity to work in a leading organization within the energy and natural resources industry.
