Job Responsibilities :
Account Management
Uploading product assortment
Collaborating for marketing and campaign planning
Preparing for Joint Business Planning
Data mining, cleaning, processing, analysis, and visualisation
Preparing periodic sales reports
Store Management
Day to day management of online store (Lazada, Shopee, Facebook)
Daily onsite monitoring and reporting (checking of ATP, go-live of SKUs)
Promo and campaign Management
Uploading & Maintaining of Products, Prices, Promotions, and Store Banners Monitoring seller KPIs : Seller Rating, Ship on Time, Cancellation Rate, Return Rate, IM
Design and Layout Management
Listing / uploading product photo
Uploading of Store Feed, Lorikeet, SiS, MCP (Enhanced Content) - wireframe and designs, weekly campaigns, and Lorikeet
Product description creation, search keyword optimization Inventory Management Buying – PO Creation
Check on deliveries and inventory status
Bundles and Kitting
Inbounding and inventory syncing Forecasting
REQUIREMENTS :
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in any field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb organizational skills.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
No work experience required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Preferably Less than 1-year to 3-years experience specialized in Marketing / Business
Development or equivalent.
Required Language Mandarin, English
Amenable to work on-site Monday to Saturday in BGC, Taguig.
