Graduate of BS Nursing; Must be Registered Nurse (RN).
2-3 work experience in the same field specially in HR facets
Having BOSH / OSHNAP / BLS-CPR Training is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Knowledgeable in DOLE Compliance monthly reports
Strong communications and organizational skills
Willing to do field works / branch visits if needed
Job Summary :
Providing basic healthcare needs to employees. This includes dispensing of over-the-counter medicines. Administering first aid when needed and evaluating employees’ overall health.
Responsible for coordinating with the company’s healthcare provider to set up annual exams and physicals for all employees.
Works closely with employees to raise healthcare awareness.
This includes evaluating an employee’s health and making lifestyle recommendations to improve their health, dissemination of health information through the creation of infographic materials, conduct health programs to promote awareness and illness prevention.
Maintain a safe working environment by inspecting the company for possible health hazards
Assist with the accident investigation program to identify root cause analysis and send incident reports to HR Supervisor and Manager.
Posts health advisory in company bulletins and coordinates right agencies to conduct lectures or forum for employees.
Appraising the safety and health hazards in the work environment.
Ensures that the company is up to date with public health and employment safety regulations.
Work with Safety and Health Committee to plan and implement programs designed to improve the overall health of employees.
Leads Medical Personnel in various company activities. Work Accident / Illness Exposure Data. Conducts health-related training and orientations.
