Job descriptionYou’ll be the engine behind smooth, accurate, and fast loan processing—making life easier for brokers and keeping deals on track. Reprice loans and order valuations with accuracy. Rename and review loan documents—knowing what’s correct and what’s missing. Use lender checklists to confirm documents are on point. Liaise with clients to gather what’s needed to complete credit. Enter client details in Quickli to support assessors. Fill in lender documentation, complete Apply Online, and issue credit guides / compliance docs. You’re fast, precise, and quietly confident in your expertise. You love making brokers’ lives easier through structure and support. You’re a clear communicator with a calm, get-it-done energy. 5+ years in AU mortgage loan processing. Deep knowledge of BrokerEngine, AFG, HubSpot, Quickli. You've supported brokers end-to-end and thrived in remote setups. Fast-paced and broker-centric. Autonomy with high accountability. A calm, mature, no-drama energy. Spot the missing doc before the broker even asks. Clean up messy submissions. Build seamless systems others depend on. Turnaround times. Accuracy of documentation. Broker satisfaction. Proactive communication. Monday to Friday ; Dayshift (PH time). 100% remote / WFH.
