Salary : 30,000 - 35,000

Required Experience :

At least 3 years of work experience as a QC Engineer.
Quality Management Skills : Experience in managing quality control tasks, and analyzing / resolving quality issues.
Data Analysis Skills : Experience in analyzing manufacturing and quality data and proposing improvements.
Process Improvement Experience : Experience in improving production lines or optimizing equipment for efficiency.

Job Description :

Managing quality control tasks : Establishing inspection standards, and creating / improving SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

Analyzing and resolving quality issues : Analyzing the root causes of in-process defects and customer complaints, and formulating / implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Data analysis and proposing improvements : Statistically analyzing manufacturing and quality data to drive improvement activities for enhancing quality and productivity.

Process Control Operation (PCO) : Monitoring manufacturing processes to ensure stable quality and implementing necessary adjustments.

Other general duties related to quality control (these tasks will be shared with other staff).
