Job descriptionAnalyze business requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable Salesforce solutions Design and develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura and LWC) Customize Salesforce orgs by creating and managing custom objects, validation rules, page layouts, flows, and automation Develop and manage integrations with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration tools Implement and manage roles, profiles, sharing rules, and other security settings Perform unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure reliability and performance Manage code deployments using change sets, Salesforce CLI, and CI / CD tools Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and monitor system performance Collaborate with stakeholders, administrators, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions Document technical specifications and support training efforts when needed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree) Minimum of 4 years of Salesforce development experience Salesforce certifications including : Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator Salesforce CPQ Specialist Salesforce Platform Developer I Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC and Aura), Flows, and SOQL Familiarity with Salesforce data modeling, security best practices, and integration methods Experience with Git, Salesforce DX, and CI / CD pipelines Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment Salesforce Platform Developer II certification Additional certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect Six or more years of related Salesforce experience Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments Remote-first work environment (must be based in the U.S.) Standard work hours with flexibility based on team needs Must be comfortable working at a desk and using a computer for prolonged periods Opportunities for certification support, growth, and career development Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (LWC & Aura) Proficient in Salesforce data modeling, security, and integration best practices Experience with CI / CD, version control (Git), and Salesforce DX Works well both independently and in teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent time management with the ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Job Description

- Schedule 40 hours / week; Monday to Friday 8 : 30am to 5 : 30 pm EST
