Overview : Were looking for a highly skilled and creative Salesforce Engineer / Developer to join our team. This position calls for someone with deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and development, combined with innovative problem-solving skills. Youll be responsible for maintaining, improving, and customizing our Salesforce instance, focusing on scalability, smooth integrations, and impactful workflows.
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Build and manage custom workflows, Process Builder, and Flows to automate critical business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Maintain and enhance our Salesforce instance with minimal disruption, improving system functionality.
- Develop and manage API integrations between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation tools, third-party apps).
- Create and maintain thorough documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, security, and optimal system performance.
- Suggest and implement innovative solutions, leveraging out-of-the-box thinking and advanced techniques.
Qualifications :
3+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or Engineer.Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).Experience with REST / SOAP APIs and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier, Workato).Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, security, and governor limits.Ability to analyze complex business requirements and deliver creative technical solutions.Excellent problem-solving skills and a flexible, innovative mindset.Required : Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.Preferred : Platform Developer II or additional Salesforce certifications.Preferred SkillsExperience with CI / CD tools and Salesforce DX.Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.Previous experience scaling and maintaining Salesforce implementations.Schedule : 40 hours per week (GY shift)
Contract Length : Project-based (1-year engagement, with potential for extension and retainer role)
