Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to financial transactions and fraud concerns.
Investigate suspicious activities and escalate cases following company protocols.
Assist customers in securing their accounts and preventing unauthorized transactions.
Document all cases accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve fraud-related issues promptly.
Meet performance standards for quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
Job Qualifications :
At least Senior High School Graduate or 2 years completed in college.
Minimum of 1 year international voice BPO experience handling Financial or Fraud accounts.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
Willing to work onsite in Alabang with a shifting schedule and 2 fixed days off.
