Job description

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Ensures all employee information is kept up to date (ie Attendance Policy, Code of Conduct, Employee Benefits, Employee Compliance, Employee Contracts and all other policies and procedures imposed under HRD)
  • Performs end to end recruitment process from selection up to hiring and securing necessary requirements for completion before on-boarding of chosen candidates
  • Helps to manage training programs to employees from preparation to issuance of Certificates
  • Consolidates timekeeping and other necessary documents for payroll
  • In charge in creation and issuance of ATM accounts and IDs of incoming employees up to its turnover during exit of the employee
  • In charge in preparation of contracts for employee-accountability not limited to deployment of car units and issuance of phone line and all other company asset to selective employees
  • In charge in monitoring of deployed vehicle for its repair and maintenance and ensure that it is well coordinated to respective third party
  • In charge in monitoring vehicle renewal of car registration and insurance
  • In charge in monitoring renewal and application of company phone lines as well as distribution of phone units to respective employees.
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing company events when necessary.
  • Managing the Director’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Human Resourse or any allied courses.
  • Has at least 3 years of experience.
  • Has experience handling the facets of HR.
  • Must be familiar of MS Office Applications

Location: Willing to report onsite in Sta. Cruz, Manila
