The Administrator and Reporting Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient operations of the team by managing administrative tasks and ensuring accurate reporting and data management. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Administrative Support :
Review and correct timekeeping for payroll.Extract, consolidate, and disseminate New Hire information.Process employee terminations and updates in the HR system.Assist with IT ticket submissions and follow-ups.Manage scheduling logistics, venue arrangements, registrations, and equipment tracking.Handle inventory and supplies.Provide Employee Attestations for Personnel Files.
Reporting and Data Management :
Manage new employee setup in operational systems.Generate and track employee information for the leadership team.Ensure data integrity through periodic audits.Extract, consolidate, summarize, maintain, and publish departmental reporting.Create standardized templates for consistent reporting.Collaborate with departments for performance data.Partner with IT Reporting team for data automation.
Communication :
Send communications and respond to inquiries.Coordinate meetings and logistical arrangements.Manage attendance line calls and alert team members.Provide guidance to terminated employees.Schedule teasers and surveys for events.Create engaging emails and posts for celebrated team members.
Technology Utilization :
Proficiently use training management software.Assist in implementing and optimizing technology solutions.Leverage data management and reporting tools.Stay updated on technological advancements.
Customer Focus and Collaboration :
Respond to concerns, ensuring complete issue resolution.Adapt communication style for diverse backgrounds.Support organizational initiatives.Perform other assigned duties.
