In your role as Accounting Team Lead, you will be
- responsible
- for the following tasks :
- Accounts preparation and review
- GST return review as required
- Preparation of management accounts with a summary of insights
- Management of the accounting team (this doesn't include Carl, Lorma or Angel)
- Management of workflow both in TBR, NZ and at Connect
- Ad hoc advisory work eg cash flow forecasts
- Qualifications
- Be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- CPA license holder
- Hold at least 5 years of experience in the field, proficient with annual accounting
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, including attention to detail
- Have excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Experienced in Xero, and other related integrations would be beneficial
- Systematic, organized, and keen to learn / research
- Self-sufficient and tech-savvy, including a high degree of computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
