We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team in Makati City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and conducting pre-initial interviews with applicants to ensure alignment with job requirements. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to assess candidate potential, and proficiency in using Google tools for tracking and coordination.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels
- Conduct pre-initial interviews to assess applicants' qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports using Google Sheets, Docs, Calendar, and Gmail
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms
- Coordinate with the HR team for onboarding of successful candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
Qualifications :
