Reporting & Technical ...

• Conduct technical accounting research and ensure that proper accounting treatment is accurately applied for all transactions, including unusual and non-recurring transactions
• Support all items pertaining to the external SEC financial reporting process, including drafting of all financial statements, footnotes and management discussion and analysis (MD&A), earnings releases, other regulatory filings, 10-K/Q tie out, and completing GAAP checklists
• Manage SEC reporting timeline, coordinate key timelines as well as deliverables and inform parties of necessary deadline adherence for BOD package, press release, and 10-Q/K ​
• Assist with documentation, accounting concepts, and internal controls ​

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or with an emphasis in accounting​
• 3+ years of experience ​
• Experience in stock-based compensation​
• Experience in Sarbanes-Oxley-compliant environment​
• Strong understanding and proficiency of U.S. GAAP​
• Strong presentation skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills​
• Knowledge and skills in data and predictive analytics, with the ability to draw insights from large sets of data to translate into meaningful insights and visualizations
