Job descriptionLead the design, development, and deployment of innovative data science solutions to solve complex business problems. Use state-of-the-art MLOps practices to help evaluate different models, manage them and deploy them to production. Engage with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and translate them into data science solutions that drive value. Contribute to proposals, presales and renewal activities Mentor and provide guidance to junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Lead and facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather requirements, communicate findings, and solicit feedback from stakeholders. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and related fields, and evaluate their applicability to our business challenges. 5-10 years of experience in a data science role, with a track record of delivering impactful solutions to complex business problems. Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated track record of leading and mentoring teams. Expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data mining techniques, with hands-on experience in tools such as Python. Strong programming skills and proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, or TensorFlow. Experience in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka is preferred. Knowledge of deep learning techniques and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch . Experience working in industries such as telecommunications, banking & finance, or retail Certifications in data science or related fields (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, Databricks Machine learning) Experience in distributed ML techniques (such as Ray) An opportunity to be part of an agile, highly proficient and experienced AI / ML team An opportunity to work on challenging data science and machine learning problems with customers and seeing your work deployed in action A fast-paced software development environment that uses the latest open-source tools across the development stack
