Live Moderator

As a live moderator, you will ensure smooth and interactive live streaming sessions by monitoring chat, assisting the live host, and maintaining a positive online environment. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in real-time.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor live chat during streaming sessions to ensure a positive and safe environment.
• Assist the Live Host by managing viewer interactions, highlighting questions, and coordinating promotions.
• Remove inappropriate or disruptive comments promptly.
• Engage with viewers to encourage interaction and participation.
• Track performance metrics and provide feedback for improving live sessions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to plan live show activities.
