Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the high-tech industry. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our software development services, managing the sales process, and ensuring strong client relationships. This role also involves overseeing the sales consultants' activities, setting strategic direction, and providing leadership to achieve our sales targets.

The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, trust-building, and regular follow-ups.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Sales Consultants to meet and exceed their sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market conditions to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies, including pricing, product positioning, and market expansion plans.
  • Regularly assess the performance of the sales team and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills and results.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate the benefits of our software development services to clients through presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews.
  • Provide detailed sales reports, analytics, and recommendations to senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales goals. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting, updating management on progress and challenges.Budget Management : Manage and allocate resources efficiently to achieve sales goals within budgetary constraints.
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with our development team to enhance our software offerings.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • 2 - 5 years professional sales experience in high-tech or partners-related industry with preferred successful software sales / software licensing experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of software development processes and industry trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM / HRM software and sales tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and leadership.
