Respond to customer enquiries Answer phone calls (Case management and finalization)

  • Requirements

Can communicate well and write in English

  • Work Experience
  • Minimum of two years in Customer Services or case management or sales order management - Warranty Insurance, telco, parts coordination, sales orders
  • Traits we like
  • Proactive, team player, problem-solving mindset, act quickly, detail and customer-oriented, and trustworthy
  • Has customer service skills (Ask the right questions to arrive at the solutions)

  • Experienced in
  • Formatting Client Proposals, document and case management, updating practice management systems, handling inbound calls from customers
