Requirements

What We’re Looking For :

  • Great phone skills – confident, clear, and persuasive when speaking to prospects.
  • Energetic and motivated – you love a challenge and don’t give up easily.
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written, so you can tailor your message to the client’s needs.
  • A quick learner – ready to dive into our product and become an expert at pitching it.
  • Team player – you’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and other teams.
  • Previous sales or call experience is a plus but not required if you’ve got the right attitude!

What You'll Do :

  • Make outbound calls to engage and qualify leads—turn cold prospects into hot opportunities!
  • Book meetings with key decision-makers at top companies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to pass along leads and refine your approach to hit targets.
  • Research and identify potential clients who can benefit from KAMI Workforce’s solutions.
  • Track and manage leads in the CRM, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
