Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Accountancy, finance or any related. With at least 1-2 year’s accounting experience and closed- end fund accounting experience. With experience interpreting and understanding Limited Partnership Agreements Knowledgeable Venture Capital, Private Equity, Fund or Funds, Fund Administration. Have experience working on Crypto funds will be advantageous. performs the back office financial paperwork processing. ensures that the fund complies with all regulatory requirements Support auditing and taxes. Helps in providing contacts to our clients.
