We are seeking an experienced Wintel Lead to oversee our Windows infrastructure and ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Windows servers and a strong understanding of virtualization technologies.

📍 Location : Muntinlupa, Philippines

⏰ Work Mode :  Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 WFH)

💼 Role : Wintel Lead

Key Responsibilities

🔧 Infrastructure Management

Administer and support Windows Server 2012 / 2016 environments

Design and manage complex Active Directory (AD2012 / 2016) architectures

Oversee WSUS , Windows Clustering , and system updates

Handle AD migrations and domain consolidations

🛠️ Advanced Troubleshooting

Perform deep analysis on issues related to networking (Layer 2 / 3) , storage , and directory services

Act as a senior escalation point for complex infrastructure incidents

Lead root cause analysis and permanent resolution planning

🤝 Collaboration & Support

Work cross-functionally with internal IT and business teams

Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers

Support audit and compliance requirements through documentation and system reviews

Requirements

✅ Experience & Certifications

10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles

5+ years focused on Active Directory , networking, and storage support

MCSE (Windows Server 2012 or above) certification required

Proven experience in large enterprise environments

✅ Technical Skills

Windows Server 2012 / 2016

Active Directory (design, implementation, migration)

WSUS, Clustering, System Administration

Strong understanding of networking layers and storage systems

✅ Soft Skills

Strong verbal and written English communication

Self-motivated and eager to learn

Excellent team collaboration and customer service mindset

Analytical thinker with the ability to synthesize and respond to business needs

Willingness to travel occasionally
