III. Preferred Professional Experience
10+ years in enterprise IT; ≥5 years leading cross-functional IT teams (apps, infra, security, data).
Demonstrated ERP / WMS / CRM implementation leadership in distribution / FMCG / automotive aftermarket.
Track record standing up ITSM, cybersecurity programs, and cloud / hybrid infrastructure at scale.
IV. Technical Skills Required
Enterprise Applications : ERP (finance, P2P, O2C), WMS with RF / GS1-128, CRM / SFA, e-POD, EDI / API / iPaaS.
Data / BI : Data modeling & ETL, SQL, Power BI (or similar), MDM, data quality monitoring.
Cloud / Infra / Network : Azure / AWS / GCP fundamentals, AD / Entra ID / SSO / MFA, MDM / endpoint management, backup / DR.
Cybersecurity : Vulnerability mgmt / patching, IAM / RBAC, SOC processes, phishing simulation, DLP; ISO 27001 / NIST CSF exposure.
Project / Change : Agile / Scrum, PMBOK / Prince2, UAT management, release / change management (CAB).
ITSM : Incident / Request / Problem / Change, knowledge base, SLA design & reporting (ITIL v4).
Responsibilities :
Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them according to established goals
Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies
Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs
Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software
Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management
Coordinate IT staff and supervise their performance
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
Audit systems and assess their outcomes
Preserve assets, information security and control structures
Manage IT budgets and report on expenditure
