US Address : 8500 Almeda Genoa Rd Houston, TX 77075   REQUIREMENTS : MUST be fluent in English  MUST have 2 monitors with the following minimum specifications : 8GB of system memory i3 processor or higher Windows 10 or 11 with Google Chrome web browser installed Malware and virus-free / protected computer MUST have a reliable internet provider : At least 20MBPs for both upload & download A backup internet in which prepaid will do Wired headset Skype account Valid government-issued ID / driver’s license   JOB DETAILS Cater all inbound and outbound calls coming from Doctor Office and Patient Calls for RX Prescriptions chase or follow up Cater all inbound and outbound calls coming from patient calls for chart notes and other Medical Records document chase or follow up Reviewing and verifying chart notes and medical records that will be submitted to the patient's insurance for reimbursement Uploading received documents to the patient's record Assessing if documents sent to us are good or if it needs to be returned and revised   COVID-19 considerations : All Employees will be working from Home Permanently.
