We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities :
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customer
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
Stay updated on products, services, policies, and procedures
Meet or exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
Proven experience in a customer service or support role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with customer service software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required
