Job Description

General Purpose : Ensures products and services meet client, stakeholder and contractual expectations, by monitoring order processes / SOPs to enhance operations, ensure reliability of work product, and minimize errors.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Implementation of quality assurance procedures
  • Order inspection and review of workflow
  • Contract review

  • reports weekly on results
  • identify and log work errors with resolution or action items for correction
  • Evaluate processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and share actionable process suggestions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

  • Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Prior Telecom background required, minimum 2 years
  • conversant in multi-product / solution based business
  • Global connectivity, DIA, MPLS, Wireless
  • Hosted PBX
  • SDWAN, Firewall and SASE
  • Digital PRI and SIP VOIP solutions
