Job descriptionMaintain high level of customer satisfaction by providing continuous support and after sale services Relay customer needs, questions, requests, concerns and requirements to respective individuals or department Maintain clients account, records such as order history, paying and credit records and forecasting reports Regularly attend meetings, training sessions, conferences, trade shows and market competitors activities Ensure availability of sales paraphernalia such as brochures, business cards, posters, etc. for clients’ reference and recommendation Forward sales report and all documents necessary for the function Monitor, maintain and update showroom displays and samples for clients Generates and prints all operational transaction such as DR, invoices and incentives reports. Handle Stock Receiving Reports, Stock Transfer and Stock Discrepancy Encodes all DR transactions to the system Make and submit report to Accounting for Daily Sales Report updates Make sure the price tags are correct and are posted on the correct item Request and assure new arrived items are displayed in the showroom Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations Perform other related task and duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS :
- College graduate with background in business administration major in management, finance and communication arts
- Highly skilled and at least 2 years experience in sales for the same industry
- With proficient knowledge in business skills, strategic and financial management
- With effective and proficient verbal and written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports, projects and proposals
- Demonstrate personal attributes to confidentiality, standard of conduct, respect, flexibility, sensitivity and other related work ethic
