Job Description
The Client Engagement Specialist will act as the trusted first point of contact to engage senior association leaders (C-level executives) in the UK and drive attendance to exclusive AI strategy online events hosted by The AI Institute. This is not a pushy sales role — it is a consultative, intelligent outreach role focused on credibility, relevance, and strategic value positioning.
The goal is to personally invite qualified C-Suite executives to attend private AI adoption roundtable events, then professionally follow up post-event to assess interest in the AICAE leadership progr am.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Executive Engagement
Conduct intelligent phone / email / LinkedIn outreach to C-level executives only within UK associations and membership bodies
Position invitations as exclusive strategic AI roundtables for leaders only — not sales calls
Deliver value-led conversations referencing specific AI leadership challenges available from the Institute’s solution center
Event Invitation & Registration Support
Drive executives to register for qualified invitation-only AI events
Share event links and ensure frictionless call-to-action execution
Maintain professionalism aligned with the expectations of time-poor, high-judgment C-suite leaders
Post-Event Follow-Up
Personally follow up with event attendees
Thank them professionally
Determine interest or timing readiness for the AICAE certification program
Log outcomes with precision (interested / not now / not relevant)
Data & Coordination
Work with existing spreadsheets + basic MailChimp data
Update engagement tracking sheets with accuracy
Coordinate internal updates with Client / Outsource Access Team Lead
Requirements
Proven experience engaging or selling to C-suite / senior executives
Strong spoken and written business English — calm, intelligent, advisory tone
Excellent discovery, framing, and consultative communication skills
Comfortable discussing strategic topics (e.g., AI leadership, digital transformation — training will be provided)
Confident with UK market nuance, professionalism, tone and formality
Able to understand quickly and articulate organizational value, not just read a script
Strong research instincts – checking LinkedIn, website, context before outreach
