About the Role :

ASG Platform is launching a 2-Year Software Developer Residency Program — a fully remote, scholarship-backed bootcamp designed for experienced Filipino developers looking to fast-track their careers.

This is not for beginners. We’re looking for coders with real hands-on experience (personal, freelance, academic, or professional projects).

What We Offer :

₱32K–₱35K monthly allowance (with performance-based increases)

Real-world, accelerated learning with senior developer mentors

Top performers may be hired full-time (₱100K+ / month + full benefits)

After Year 1 : HMO, stock options, paid time off, meal and entertainment perks

100% remote, but full-time commitment is required

Monday to Friday | 8 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM PH Time

Minimum Requirements :

Must be a Filipino citizen based in the Philippines

Proven coding experience — this is not an entry-level training

Must have a personal computer / laptop and stable internet

Available for full-time work only (no part-time jobs, classes, or major commitments)

Strong problem-solving skills and growth mindset

Program Timeline :

Months 1–6 : Core Development Concepts

Months 7–18 : Advanced Tools & Real Projects

Months 19–24 : Capstone Projects + Career Preparation
