What are we looking for?
Skills Required :
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a paraplanning or financial advice support role
- Sound knowledge of Australian financial services, including superannuation, insurance, investments, and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); exposure to Xplan or CRM platforms is advantageous
- RG146 or a Diploma of Financial Planning
- High ethical standards and attention to client confidentiality
- Prior experience supporting Australian Financial Advisers

Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Service
Assist with client onboarding, KYC verification, fact-finding, and collection of personal and financial dataBuild and maintain strong client relationships through responsive and professional servicePrepare and follow up on meeting notes, summaries, and action itemsRespond to client queries regarding advice documents, implementation status, and general updatesParaplanning & Advice Preparation
Conduct research and analysis on superannuation, insurance, investments, tax strategies, and retirement planningPrepare compliant and high-quality Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs), and strategy documentationPerform insurance needs assessments and liaise with insurers for quotations and pre-assessmentsModel cash flows, insurance cover, and investment performance scenarios using financial planning toolsEnsure all advice documentation complies with ASIC, FASEA, and internal quality assurance standardsImplementation & Strategy Execution
Coordinate the implementation of financial strategies, including product applications and transitionsSupport account openings, insurance applications, rollovers, and investment switchesTrack the progress of client strategies and follow up with product providers and clients accordinglyProcess Improvement & Compliance
