Midwest ENT Specialists is a growing, patient-centered organization dedicated to delivering comprehensive, high-value healthcare. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Operations to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across our clinical and administrative teams.

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a multi-specialty practice that includes ENT, Allergy & Asthma, and Facial Plastics. The Director of Operations will ensure efficient day‑to‑day operations, drive process improvements, and foster collaboration to support exceptional patient experiences and organizational excellence.

The Director of Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for the core operational structure of the organization. This role oversees Clinical Operations, Patient Scheduling, and Site‑Based Leadership with responsibility for :

• Delivering high‑quality patient care
• Advancing strategic initiatives
• Enhancing operational efficiency and clinic flow
• Leading process improvement
• Supporting provider and staff needs
