The Head of Marketing will drive the company’s overall marketing strategy across digital, offline, and on-ground channels. This role requires deep expertise in real estate marketing, consumer behavior, lead generation, and brand positioning. You will work closely with the Sales, CRM, and Project teams to ensure consistent and high-impact marketing execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 6–10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and analytics.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to improve lead conversion and customer engagement.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating ROI.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for new and ongoing real estate projects.
- Design marketing funnels optimized for real estate buyer journey.
