We’re looking for a sharp, analytical, execution-driven Executive Virtual Assistant (Healthcare AI) to work directly with the founder of a fast-moving health-tech company. This role blends executive support, operations, research, and strategic follow-through. You’ll bring structure to chaos, anticipate needs, and turn high-level direction into clear plans without waiting for detailed instructions.

What You’ll Work On
Founder Support and Coordination
Manage calendars, meetings, follow-ups, and communication across multiple workstreamsTurn voice notes, high-level ideas, and rapid-fire updates into structured action plansKeep priorities aligned, deadlines clear, and decisions documentedServe as a strategic sounding board by synthesizing information quicklyOperations and Process Building
Build lightweight systems and workflows around recurring tasksAnticipate operational gaps and proactively solve them before they become issuesSupport internal hiring coordination, vendor communication, and cross-team follow-upMaintain clarity across tools, documents, and ongoing workstreamsResearch and Analysis
Conduct fast, thorough research on health-tech, automation tools, competitors, or workflowsSummarize insights into concise briefs the founder can act on immediatelySupport data gathering for internal metrics, experiments, and process auditsProject Execution
Own small to medium projects from planning to executionCoordinate with contractors, partners, and internal teams to drive tasks to completionTrack commitments, outcomes, and dependencies across projectsEnsure projects stay unblocked and moving even in ambiguous situationsWhat You Bring
3 or more years of experience as an EA, operations associate, or in a Chief of Staff-adjacent roleStrong analytical thinking; able to break down problems without needing detailed stepsHigh ownership mindset and bias toward actionAbility to operate independently with minimal oversightExcellent communication and synthesis skillsStrong organization across digital tools (Notion, Sheets, task managers, etc.)Comfortable working in a high-change, startup-paced environmentNice to Have
