Job Description:
A. Prospect Development
• Pursue assigned prospect and analyze whether fit to RSA products and services or not.
• Produce relevant business opportunities/prospective business through own contact network
• Pursue Account Management according to RSA Sales Cycle management model.
• Provide weekly account updates and reports on progress using RSA tools,
• Mange a wide portfolio of opportunities to be able to secure monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Reach expert-level in proper licensing management.
• Be able to independently craft quality project proposals, tender-responses and quotes.
• Manage preparation and execution of high-level prospect presentations, events and trade shows
• Attend application training with the objective of reaching high level of application knowledge
• Independently develop powerful and impact-driven presentations
B. Competencies
1. Key competency is the understanding of overall business performance matrix, and the ability to communicate these with potential customers in terms of business value.
2. Deep understanding of and experience with ERP systems, Supply Chain and Retail systems, business practices, common issues and available solutions in the market-place.
3. Positive learning attitude towards rapidly gaining deep knowledge on the Microsoft Platform, core Dynamics products and related solutions.
4. Ability to conceptualize complete solutions for prospective customers, and communicate the business value correctly.
5. Should be self-motivated, self-driven and able to work independently.
C. Position-specific Responsibilities
1. Management of prospect-to-customer life-cycle
2. Create professional and accurate proposals and contracts for prospective business.
3. Understand and execute proper software licensing scenarios.
4. Plan and execute professional and impacting presentations to prospects.
5. Independently be able to close profitable contracts with prospective customers in accordance with agreed revenue forecast.
6. Interact with principals and report on pipeline management
7. Execute Pipeline reporting weekly
8. Customer management during implementation project
9. Execution of Events and Campaigns together with Marketing
10. Participation as speaker in various events, presentations, forums etc
11. Represent the company in various occasions

Job Requirements:
• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a business-related course. This includes courses in accounting, marketing, economics, communications, computer science, information systems and mathematics.
• At least four (4) years of experience in direct sales of ERP solutions, Retail systems, BI Solutions or similar.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills
• Management experience.
• Documented history of successful sales positions, in fields relevant to RSA business.
