HRBP Manager - BPO (Hybrid Setup)

Work Setup : Hybrid (2x a week onsite in Cebu City), but need to go onsite if needed, especially in DOLE hearing, etc.

Work Schedule : Mid-shift

Qualifications :

Bachelor's / College Degree in a related field

A minimum of 3 years' recent experience in HRBP Manager roles or Senior Lead positions in BPO.

Flexible to going on-site for attending DOLE hearings and handling employee concerns directly.

Comfortable with ground-level work operations

Preferably available to start immediately
