This role drives the implementation of key HR practices, including recruitment, talent development, and performance management, while collaborating closely with business and functional leaders to support workforce growth and enhance operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic HR leadership and manage daily HR operations across all sites.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to regional business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention efforts to support a dynamic retail workforce.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and development programs to enhance productivity and growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, handle employee relations, and maintain consistent implementation of HR policies.
- Mentor and develop a regional HR team, leveraging HR metrics to inform decisions and report performance to headquarters.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Masters degree is advantageous.Over 10 years of experience in comprehensive HR management across areas such as Recruitment, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and Performance Management.Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or people management role.Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior business leaders.Open to frequent regional travel.
