Role Overview
We are seeking accomplished Arts graduates to design and evaluate creative, interpretive, and analytical tasks that test AI reasoning in the humanities and visual arts. You will help build evaluation benchmarks that explore artistic expression, critical interpretation, and historical and cultural understanding.
What does day-to-day look like :
- Develop structured evaluation prompts and tasks across visual arts, art history, performing arts, and design.
- Create datasets with clear evaluation criteria for artistic interpretation, composition, and context.
- Assess AI performance for creativity, coherence, and interpretive accuracy.
- Identify reasoning gaps and propose expert solutions or reference interpretations.
- Ensure balanced representation of global art traditions, movements, and cultural forms.
Requirements
Recent graduate in Arts, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Art History, Design, or related fields.Strong analytical and interpretive reasoning.Excellent English writing skills, with ability to evaluate creative or critical content.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with research, academic projects, exhibitions, or art criticism.Familiarity with digital or AI‑assisted art tools (e.g., Photoshop, Procreate, DALLE, Midjourney) is a plus.Perks of Working With Turing
