Job Summary :
The Project Manager for the Design Division is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of design-related projects from concept to completion. The role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client requirements and company quality standards. The position also involves close collaboration with clients, designers, engineers, and production teams to ensure smooth project flow and creative excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Drive company vehicles (motorcycle, light vehicle, or truck) to transport staff, products, or materials as instructed.
Ensure the safety of passengers, goods, and the vehicle at all times.
Conduct daily vehicle inspection and maintenance check (oil, water, brakes, lights, tires, etc.).
Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
Follow assigned schedules, routes, and delivery instructions accurately and on time.
Comply with traffic laws, regulations, and company driving policies.
Assist in loading and unloading of materials when needed.
Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or delays to the immediate supervisor promptly.
Keep records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance services.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned related to logistics or company operations.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
Experience : Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a design, construction, or manufacturing environment.
Skills and Competencies :
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Excellent understanding of design principles, materials, and production processes.
Proficiency in project management tools and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and multiple priorities effectively.
Other Requirements :
Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
With a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Willing to travel or visit project sites when required.
